For the first time ever, we are ready to announce the next European Bildung Days more than 10 months in advance, so please go ahead and book May 8-10. We had some fantastic days in Rotterdam, and though we initially announced that European Bildung Days 2025 would be in Athens, for practical reasons, we decided to have the event in Hamar in Norway: https://www.globalbildung.net/ebd2025/
The theme for EBD2025 will be: How to Promote Bildung, and we will also address the much bigger question about what it means to be human in the first place. The latter is the title of Nordic Bildung’s latest book and it will also be a recurring theme for our global events in 2024, 2025, and onwards.
So far, we just have the European Bildung Days‘ theme, the dates May 8-10, a tentative agreement with the venue in Hamar, and the overall structure for the event, so stay tuned for more info.
And, yes, we changed the name from European Bildung Day to European Bildung Days; one day simply is not enough for so many interesting bildung people to talk to each other and exchange their knowledge and questions about bildung.
